Why Competition Supplies?
Pertronix ignitors replace the contact breakers or O.E. electronic ignitions with a dependable, self contained and maintenance free electronic ignition system. Easy to install and nearly undectable being housed entirely within the distributor it is also ideal for triggering MSD ignition systems.
- Delivers twice the voltage to the spark plugs, increasing horsepower, fuel economy, and spark plug life.
- 2:1 improvement over “points” in current fall time for increased coil output.
- Rotating cobalt magnets* trigger a Hall Effect integrated circuit, no points to burn, no moving parts to wear out.
- Epoxy molding makes the module impervious to dirt, oil, grease and moisture.
- Stable timing ...no need for adjustment
- Will trigger most Capacative Discharge ignitions such as MSD
- Available for 6 and 12-volt negative and positive earth systems - Special Order Only
Please Note: Unless otherwise stated, all kits listed are 12-volt negative earth.
Many kits are also available in 6-volt negative eart, as well as 6 and 12-volt positive earth, this is by special order only so please contact us with your requirement.
