In some applications the extra height of an adaptor makes the installation very tight our direct fit hose ends allow the hose to be connected directly to a UNF female port as found on many gearbox and diff outlets as well as fuel pumps, pressure regulators and filters saving both weight and space when compared with an installation utilising an adapter and female hose end. Our 45 degree UNF male hose ends are supplied complete with a sealing O-ring and come in both the traditional red and blue or our understated and durable black finish making them suitable for all installations, Modern, Historic or Classic.
Our 3000 Series hose ends are of the the twin nipple design featuring the "Cutter" method of hose attachment where the socket draws the hose over the nipple and into the cutter and the seal is formed by the cutter embedding itself into the end of the hose ensuring positive leak free hose retention and maximum flow. These hose ends are suitable for use with our 3000 and 2100 Series race hose and are compatible with Aeroquip, Goodridge, Earls and other similar hose ends.
